From Vision to Reality
Dougie's journey into the world of design began with AutoCAD skills and access to CNC technology. He started with personal projects that showcased his creativity, such as the iconic Mythasaur Skull from Star Wars and Captain America's WWII Shield. As his skills grew, so did the complexity of his creations, leading to impressive pieces like The Thing's Outpost #31 various Aliens-themed designs. Each project reflects Dougie's passion dedication to bringing beloved pop culture icons to life.

Sulaco Steel is proud to have its work featured in the prestigious Aliens Artbook, by Printed in Blood, another exciting appearance is scheduled with a second artbook in late 2025. Our pieces have also been showcased in the special features of The Thing Blu-Ray.
